Our mission
PowerTechs connects military veterans with employers by turning the skills veterans built in uniform into evidence employers can trust. We believe that service members develop world-class leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills — and that the civilian labor market should be able to see it clearly.
What we do
Our platform evaluates candidates across the competencies that matter most in the modern workplace. Veterans complete realistic, scenario-based assessments and receive a Skill Passport that summarizes their strengths in plain language. Employers get a pre-screened pool of candidates with transparent, comparable profiles.

Who we serve
We work with transitioning service members, veterans, and the employers who want to hire them. Our roadmap also covers military spouses and family members who share the same mobility challenges and deserve the same recognition of their experience.

- Dignity. Veterans own their data and control what is shared.
- Accessibility. The platform must work for everyone, including users with disabilities and those on low-bandwidth connections.
